1. Return Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we generally do not offer refunds. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue through re-shipment or by including replacement items in your next order.

The following cases do not qualify for re-shipment or replacements:

3. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement:

Await approval: We will inspect your claim and notify you via email within 5 business days.

Return address: Approved returns will receive a designated return address via email. Do not ship items without our authorization.
4. Re-Shipment & Replacements

If approved, replacements will be shipped at no extra cost, or added to your next order.

For EU customers exercising the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
5. Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. We recommend using tracked/insured services.

No refunds will be issued for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.
6. Address Errors
We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
7. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
